A fast-growing technology solutions provider is looking for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its expanding team in Uxbridge.

The Role – SDR
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with decision-makers across a range of industries. Working from the Uxbridge office alongside experienced sales and technical teams, you'll identify prospective clients, qualify opportunities and help drive business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a target-driven environment and is looking to build a long-term career in technology sales.
Responsibilities – SDR
Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales consultants.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
Research target businesses and identify key decision-makers.
Work closely with sales, marketing and technical teams to maximise opportunities.
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
Stay informed on the latest IT and cybersecurity solutions and market trends.What We're Looking For – SDR
Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, telesales or lead generation role is preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A confident, resilient and self-motivated approach.
An interest in technology and IT services.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.What's On Offer – SDR
£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary.
Uncapped commission structure.
Clear progression into Account Management or Business Development.
Ongoing sales and product training.
Exposure to enterprise IT solutions and leading global technology vendors.
