Painter

We are currently looking for a Painter in the Swadlincote area to work for a well established Housing Association. You'll work across tennated domestic properties, becoming part of a reliable team with consistent work and excellent long-term career prospects.

I would like to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Painter and Decorator, Property Painter, Residential Painter and Commercial Painter before.

As a Painter you will be:

All aspects of internal painting and decorating within domestic properties
Fill cracks, holes, and imperfections
Sand, smooth, and clean surfaces before painting
Remove old paint, wallpaper, or finishes when required
Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures with coverings or tape
Hang wallpaper or wall coverings
Match or mix paint colours as required
Follow design plans or client preferencesWe'd love to speak to anyone who has:

Holds a qualification in painting
A full UK driving licence
Their own tools
Previous domestic painting and decorating experienceThe Painter role is offering:

£22 per hour
Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Working in void properties
On-going work
Immediate startLocation and travel
All properties are located across Swadlincote, Loughborough and Leicester.
