BIM Manager - Cardiff
Up to £60,000 DOE
Aztrum is working with a well-established architectural practice looking to appoint a BIM Manager to oversee BIM delivery across a range of projects. This role will play a key part in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and best practice in digital design and coordination.
Key Responsibilities for this BIM Manager role:
• Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes across multiple projects
• Oversee project setup, model coordination, and data management strategies
• Provide technical leadership and support to project teams using Revit
• Develop and refine BIM standards, templates, and workflows
• Manage and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE)
• Conduct project audits to ensure adherence to BIM protocols
• Deliver training and mentoring to improve team capability
• Enhance collaboration through improved software interoperability
Requirements for this BIM Manager role:
• Strong experience using Autodesk Revit in a project environment
• Proven ability to manage BIM workflows and project data
• Experience developing BIM standards and documentation
• Understanding of interoperability between design software (e.g., Revit, Archicad, SketchUp)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
