Production Operative

Job Type: Full-timeJoin our team as a Production Operative, where you will play a crucial role in the production and distribution of top-tier fragrances globally. This position involves supporting both the Warehouse and Production Teams, ensuring the timely provision of materials for work orders and finished goods for customer orders. You will operate within demanding timelines, contributing significantly to our operations.

Day-to-day of the role:

Goods In / Goods Out Responsibilities:

Receiving, blocking, putting away, and returning goods.
Sampling, blending, waving, rating, picking, shipping, and returning finished goods.
Compiling or generating documentation including checklists, manifests, and documents for dangerous goods.
Stock Control:

Engaging in cycle-counting, replenishment, and packing.
Canning liquids (25kg and above), equipment cleaning, palletisation, and labelling.
General Duties:

Utilising supplier, freight, and partner websites to book shipments.
Recording and reporting short or damaged deliveries.Required Skills & Qualifications:

GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths & English.
Experience in warehouse/stock control, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or related industries.
Proficient in managing stock control, cycle counting, replenishment, and overseeing goods in/out processes.
Skilled in picking, packing, labelling, and handling shipments, including heavy materials.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.
An understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and inventory control principles.
Knowledge of health and safety standards, particularly in handling hazardous materials.Personal Qualities:
