Proven experience managing a team of estimators
Strong understanding of the full tendering process
Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyse opportunities strategically
Experience improving estimating processes and performance
Confidence working with senior stakeholders
Ability to lead experienced estimators and add value without micromanaging
A strong understanding of what good estimating looks like and how to improve performance This role would suit someone who has strong estimating knowledge, understands the detail behind successful tenders, and enjoys developing teams and improving how a department operates.

Package:

Christmas shutdown goodwill gesture (typically 2-5 additional days)
3% pension contribution

Annual discretionary salary and bonus reviews Location: Essex
