HR Manager - Drive Culture, Engagement & Organisational Success
Location: Banbury (with travel to local sites)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (Full-time can also be discussed)
Salary: circa £55,000 (pro-rata), to be discussed.

Lead and support disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes
Champion culture change and continuous improvement programmes
Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practice
Use HR data and insights to support business decision-making
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working
Who We're Looking For:
Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role
Manufacturing, engineering or operational environment experience preferred
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Proven ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders
Experience supporting employee engagement, organisational development or change initiatives
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working across multiple sites when required
CIPD qualified or equivalent professional experience
