Human Resources & Organisational Development Officer
Salary up to £22,036 per annum
12 Month Temporary Contract, 18.5 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with a strong interest in organisational development and learning. This is a great opportunity to help shape and deliver our training and development offer—supporting colleagues to thrive and enabling the organisation to deliver its strategic priorities.
What you’ll do
* Working closely with managers, stakeholders and the wider HR team, you will provide high-quality HR advice while playing a key role in identifying, delivering and evaluating learning and development activity across the organisation
* Source and manage external providers where needed, ensuring value for money and quality delivery.
* Evaluate learning impact and assess return on investment—using feedback, data and outcomes to continuously improve our offer.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in a HR generalist role, with hands-on facilitation and delivery of training and development activity.
* Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.
* Ability to analyse learning needs, use data to evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
* Excellent stakeholder management—able to influence, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships.
* Organised and pragmatic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work within budgets.
* Ideally CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent experience.
