Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order statuses and delivery updates.
Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a professional manner.
Update and manage customer accounts and order records.
Generate sales reports and provide data to the relevant departments.
Assist in the coordination of promotional campaigns and product launches.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.Profile

A successful Sales Administrator should have:

Previous experience in sales administration within the FMCG industry.
A detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills.
SAP knowledge would be advantageous.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
