We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a leading social housing provider's Responsive Repairs Team, covering Bracknell.
Carrying out responsive electrical repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties.
Electrical fault finding, testing, inspection, and remedial works.
Fixed wire testing and certification.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.
Accurately completing certificates, reports, and job documentation.
Interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Delivering excellent customer service whilst working in residents' homes.Desired Qualifications:
C&G Diploma in Electrical Installations
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
C&G 2391-52 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent.
NVQ LVL 3 Essential Skills & Experience:
Qualified electrician with experience in domestic and commercial electrical works.
Strong knowledge of electrical testing, inspection, installation, and maintenance.
Ability to complete certification and documentation accurately.
Experience working within social housing or responsive repairs environments is desirable.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
