Join a prestigious automotive manufacturer where innovation, precision, and performance are at the heart of everything we do. Adecco are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our clients HR team in delivering a seamless, high-quality hiring experience.

The role is full time working 40hrs per week across Monday to Friday and is based in Woking, Surrey.

The Role

As a key member of the recruitment team, you will provide proactive administrative support across the full hiring life-cycle. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate journey while supporting hiring managers and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a first-class recruitment administration service across the business
Manage job postings across multiple attraction platforms, selecting the most effective channels
Screen applications and shortlist candidates for hiring managers
Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, logistics, and compliance checks (e.g. right to work)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within recruitment systems
Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process
Track interview feedback and keep the recruitment pipeline moving efficiently

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.

You will have:

Experience in a busy recruitment or HR support role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communication skills across all levels
Strong Excel skills (advanced functions desirable) and good PowerPoint knowledge
A proactive, resilient mindset with a "can-do" attitude
