Service Advisor Vacancy - Slough, Berkshire
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Advisor to join their busy, well-established Main Car Dealership in Slough, Berkshire.
The Service Advisor vacancy offers a great working environment and an excellent bonus scheme, with a strong focus on customer service and aftersales performance.
Benefits:
* Up to £34,000 basic salary plus bonus, with up to £46,000 OTE potential
* Monday to Friday working pattern, 8am to 6pm only
* No weekends
* Main car dealership working environment
* Bonus scheme and structured progression within a productive team
* Kerridge DMS advantageous (training/support considered)
Duties for the Service Advisor will include:
* Meet and greet customers in person
* Book customers in to the diary efficiently and accurately
* Process paperwork in line with brand guidelines
* Ensure the dealership maintains a professional image and consistent quality of service
* Support and contribute to monthly sales target performance
Requirements:
* Previous automotive customer-facing or automotive customer service experience
* Experience as a Service Advisor is required (after-sales/customer service environment)
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Professional, customer focused approach with the ability to perform in a busy, pressurised environment
* Effective communicator with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Kerridge DMS advantageous
