Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
Process invoices, payments, and bank transactions in a timely manner.
Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting.
Generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as required.
Work closely with clients to address queries and provide financial information.
Ensure all financial data is handled with confidentiality and accuracy.Profile
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
A solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial processes.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
A professional qualification in bookkeeping or accounting is desirable but not essential.Job Offer
