We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Commercial Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Hampshire area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Benefits:
A Competitive Basic Salary of up to £38,000.
Annual Bonus
Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00 (1 Hour lunch), 1 in 2 Saturdays 08:00 – 12:00
A supportive Management Structure.
Full Systems & Process Training with Technical Partners.
20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
Death in Service Insurance Cover
Future Development Opportunities with a Large Group.Requirements:
Service Advisor experience with a Vehicle Dealership would be highly beneficial.
Good sales skills & customer service experience.
Keyloop Experience is beneficial but not essential.
IT literacy is essential.
Technical knowledge of vehicles, and vehicle parts is helpful, enabling to answer customer queries.
Good organisational skills.
A great team player.
A personable approach to customers and fellow staff members.Duties of a Service Advisor:
Contacting customers with progress of work updates, and being always on the front-foot
Providing customer price, time, and scheduling estimates, aligned with company processes.
Ensure the customers is notified promptly the completion of work.
Proving customers with the full range of additional products and services available
Creating invoices of work carried out.
Upselling of products as a Service Advisor
Using knowledge and experience to advise customers of necessary repair.For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £38000.
