We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team, with fantastic career progression.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining production, quality, and safety standards.
Working rotating shifts 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm with the potential to move up into a supervisor role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently
* Ensure all products meet required quality standards
* Carry out basic quality checks, including first-off and last-off inspections
* Follow and promote health & safety procedures on the shop floor
* Report issues, escalate concerns, and support continuous improvement
* Help train and support other operators as you progress
* Carry out shift handover and organise break times
* Report any issues, follow health and safety procedures and handle any absences.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous machine operating experience
* Previous supervisor/team leading experience
* Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
* Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
* Confident communicator with a willingness to learn
