My customer in the utilities industry is looking for an SAP CRM consultant to assist with an S/4 HANA implementation. The consultant will configure, implement, maintain and upgrades functional/business area Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules (eg, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain Management) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) application modules (eg, Sales, Marketing).

The role can be completed 100% remotely.

Job spec
The consultant communicates with a company's representatives to develop a business model incorporating SAP products;
Applies in-depth knowledge of off-the-shelf applications to efficiently customize modules that maintain full compatibility with vendor guidelines;
Documents program settings and prepares guidelines;
Tests system performance and efficiency; Supports tickets and resolves issues;
Enhances parts of the system according to client specifications;
Communicates with Technical Consultants SAP on program components;
Creates models, diagrams and charts to assist application developers.
