We're recruiting on behalf of a welcoming early years setting in the TS5 area seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team supporting children aged 2–3 years.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner who enjoys building strong relationships with children, creating engaging learning experiences and working within a supportive nursery environment.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.

You will:

* Deliver engaging play-based learning experiences

* Support children's personal, social and emotional development

* Complete observations and contribute to assessment records

* Build positive relationships with parents and carers

* Help maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and education

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you will ideally have:

* A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

* Experience working within an early years setting

* Good understanding of child development and the EYFS

* Strong safeguarding awareness

* A warm, caring and professional approach

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting young children and helping them thrive.
