Senior Electrical Building Services Design Engineer
Location: Northfleet (flexible working available)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

The Role
You will lead and support the electrical design team across multiple projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality designs, on time and within budget. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support Electrical team on multiple projects
• Produce and review schematics and drawings using AutoCAD/Revit
• Ensure compliance with UK standards and CDM regulations
• Complete and check engineering calculations
• Coordinate designs with other disciplines
• Attend client meetings, workshops and reviews
• Manage budgets, schedules and team workload
• Respond to RFIs, technical submissions and queries
• Support business development and identify new opportunities
• Provide line management and performance support
About You
• Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• ACIBSE essential, MCIBSE desirable
• 8+ years’ building services design experience (or equivalent combination)
• Proven project leadership experience
• Strong CAD/Revit and UK standards knowledge
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, detail-focused and team-oriented
• Willingness to travel to client sites
