We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major £250 million new-build Fire Station project. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract on a high-profile public sector development.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, driving health and safety compliance, and ensuring all phases of the build are delivered efficiently.
Essential Experience:
* Proven experience managing groundworks, steel frame construction, external works, and internal fit-out packages
* Strong track record delivering large-scale new-build construction projects
* Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors to achieve programme milestones
* Excellent understanding of quality control, health and safety, and construction sequencing
Required Tickets:
* Valid SMSTS
* Valid CSCS Card
* Valid First Aid at Work
Desirable:
* Previous experience delivering public sector new-build projects
* Experience working on large and complex developments
* Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
