Location: Thame, Oxfordshire
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE)
Our client is a specialist high-end construction contractor delivering exceptional private residential projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their team based in Thame, Oxfordshire.
This position would suit a process-driven individual with a strong commercial mindset and a solid understanding of the private construction sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining commercial control and supporting the successful delivery of prestigious high-end residential schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost planning and budget management
Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
Contract administration and commercial reporting
Managing project costs and identifying commercial risks
Working closely with project teams to ensure successful project deliveryRequirements:
Previous experience as a Surveyor within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of private residential or high-end construction projects
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Process-driven and highly organised approach to work
Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsPackage:
