Skills & Experience Required
Essential

Proven experience in housing development, regeneration, or estate renewal projects.
Strong understanding of planning processes, property development cycles, and construction delivery.
Experience working with or alongside Estates & Facilities teams.
Financial acumen, with ability to build, interpret, and challenge development appraisals.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Project management expertise, ideally aligned to RIBA stages and/or Prince2/APM methodologies.Desirable

Experience in the public sector, local authority environment, or housing association.
Understanding of sustainability, net-zero carbon, and asset management strategies.
Knowledge of JCT, NEC, or other contract frameworks.
Degree or professional qualification in planning, development, surveying, real estate, or construction.Behaviours & Attributes

Proactive, organised, and solution-focused.
Strong collaborator with ability to influence at all levels.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, community-centred development outcomes.
Commercially minded but socially driven
