Lead and develop the aftersales team to deliver exceptional service

Support continuous improvement across service and parts operations
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as an Aftersales Manager or senior service leader
Strong leadership, coaching and people‑development skills
Ability to analyse performance, identify improvements and implement change
Excellent communication and customer‑handling abilities
Commercial awareness and confidence working to financial targets
A proactive, positive and solutions‑focused mindset
