Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician (Accident Repair Centre) – Leeds, West Yorkshire

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an experienced accident repair centre in Leeds, West Yorkshire, for a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician. This role is suited to a franchise-approved environment offering structured packages, earlier finishing times, and a competitive earnings opportunity linked to efficiency.

Benefits for the Bodyshop Technician:

Basic salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
Efficiency bonus based on 100% efficiency, delivering OTE c. £56,000
Franchise-approved accident repair centre with a strong local reputation
39 hours per week

Opportunity to work with an experienced motor trade manager focused on high efficiencyDuties as a Bodyshop Technician:

Complete accident repair work across mainly insurance-based jobs, alongside franchise and some retail work
Repair cars and campervans, with some commercial vehicle work
Plan job schedules and order parts to ensure vehicles are ready when promised
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to support consistent repair standards
Deliver exceptionally high customer service to support loyalty and referrals
Maintain good housekeeping standards and accurate, orderly administration of workRequirements for the Bodyshop Technician Position:

Eye for detail and strong quality awareness
Effective communication skills and confidence in multi-tasking
Background encouraged: Panel Beater, Paint Sprayer, MET Fitter, or SMART Repairer
ATA advantageous but not essential
NVQ Level 3 desirable; equivalent longstanding experience will be considered
