Warehouse Operator (Temp to Perm)

📍 Wollaston, Wellingborough
🕒 Monday-Friday | Night Shift 10pm - 6am
💰 £15.00- £16.50 per hour

The Opportunity

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operator/VNA Driver to join a well-established, highly reputable site in Wollaston. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering a clean, modern working environment and genuine long-term career prospects.

Successful candidates will have the chance to secure a permanent position with outstanding benefits after the initial temporary period.Key Responsibilities

Operating Counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficiently
Training and operating VNA trucks (if not already qualified)
Managing goods-in and goods-out processes
Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
Supplying production areas with materials
Maintaining high standards of warehouse organisation and safety

What We're Looking For

✅ Valid Counterbalance Licence (essential)
✅ Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
➕ VNA experience desirable (training provided if needed)
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Good understanding of health & safety practices
✅ Own transport preferred due to shift times and location

Shift Pattern

Night shifts 10pm - 6am
Monday to Friday - no weekends!
