We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join growing frozen food business in Luton. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administration background and previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of warehouse and transport activities, ensuring accurate data management and smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurate data entry and maintenance of company systems and records.

* Processing delivery notes, purchase orders, invoices, and stock documentation.

* Supporting warehouse and logistics operations with administrative tasks.

* Coordinating with drivers, warehouse staff, suppliers, and customers.

* Monitoring stock movements and assisting with inventory reporting.

* Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation.

* Managing emails, telephone enquiries, and general office administration.

* Ensuring all records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.

* Assisting management with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

* Previous experience in an administration role within a logistics, warehouse, transport, or supply chain environment.

* Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly:

* Microsoft Excel

* Microsoft Word

* Microsoft Outlook

* Microsoft Teams

* Good organisational and time-management skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment is desirable.

What They Offer;

* Temp-perm position.

* Stable Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am – 5:00pm).

* Pay rate £12.71ph
