Job title: Primary Teacher
First for Education are seeking a Primary Teacher to work at a large Primary School in Worcester, supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching across a number of year groups within a supportive and well-structured school environment.
The school has a strong focus on inclusive learning alongside support from a central Trust office, making it an excellent opportunity for a Primary Teacher looking to develop their practice and support children's learning.
Primary Teacher benefits:

- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A proactive and reflective approach to teaching
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
The successful Primary Teacher will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
- Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning needs
- Monitor, assess and track pupil progress
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO and leadership
