Workshop Supervisor Stafford

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead an engineering team supporting plant, MHE and HGV maintenance activity. The role is working days Monday-Friday.

You will coordinate work, support engineers, maintain quality standards and help ensure safe, efficient delivery across defence equipment assets.

What you’ll be doing

* Supervise, support and develop a team of engineers.

* Plan and coordinate maintenance and activity.

* Monitor productivity, quality and safety standards.

* Complete inspections and quality checks.

* Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.

What we’re looking for

* Experience in plant, MHE, HGV or mechanical maintenance.

* Previous supervisory experience in a workshop, service centre or engineering environment.

* Mechanical engineering qualification, such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3.

* Strong communication, organisation and people management skills.

* Good understanding of health and safety.

* Full UK driving licence.
