We are seeking an exceptional Educational Lead to champion the academic and holistic development of football academy players. You will bridge the gap between football and education. You will ensure these young athletes excel off the pitch while pursuing their professional dreams.
This role demands a passion for youth development, outstanding organisation, and deep empathy.
Key Responsibilities

* School Liaison: Maintain daily contact with partner schools, colleges, and parents to track attendance, behaviour, and progress.
* Holistic Support: Work alongside the Wellbeing Lead to ensure emotional and social needs are being met.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with FA Youth Development Rules and safeguarding standards.

* Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a degree in Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven track record of working with elite young athletes or within an educational leadership role at KS3-KS5.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK education system and current safeguarding regulations.
