Plumber - Multi Trade

We are recruiting an experienced Multi‑Skill Trades Operative (Plumber‑biased) to join a busy Repairs & Maintenance team working across social housing properties in Leicestershire. This is a varied mobile role carrying out multi‑trade repairs, void refurbishments, and full kitchen installations.
You'll work directly in tenants' homes, so a professional, friendly approach and strong customer service skills are essential.

Your new role

Delivering plumbing‑focused repairs plus multi‑trade works across occupied and void properties
Completing kitchen installations, bathroom works, tiling, carpentry, and general maintenance
Managing your own workload and ensuring jobs are completed right first time
Using a PDA/iPad to update job information
Providing excellent customer service to residents
What you'll need to succeed

NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (essential)
Strong experience in social housing repairs or similar environments
Multi‑trade ability: carpentry, tiling, decorating, plaster patching, aquaboard installation
Good organisational skills and ability to keep jobs on track
Confident using a PDA and basic IT systems
Full UK driving licence
DBS check required
