Location: Trowbridge - 15 Kingfisher Close
Pay Rate: £12.84 per hour
Sleep In Rate: £40.00
Typical Shifts are: - This will include weekends

Early Shifts – 07:00am – 15:00pm
Late Shifts – 15:00pm – 22:00pm
Sleeps – 22:00pm – 07:00am
Long Days – 07:00am – 22:00pm

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Male or Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in Trowbridge is a welcoming and friendly environment where we support 4 females, and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by assisting with activities from going to the cinema, arts and crafts, shopping days out in the local community and encouraging them to learn new independent living skills. The management team are also really keen for our staff to bring new ideas to our service to encourage the people we support to enjoy new activities which they may not have done before.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
