Customer Services Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and organised Customer Services Administrator to join our clients busy team based on the outskirts of Banbury.

In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, processing orders using SAP and Excel, handling customer enquiries, and supporting the sales team. You’ll liaise with internal departments including purchasing, transport, and accounts to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities:

Processing and managing customer orders accurately
Handling enquiries, amendments, and complaints
Maintaining customer records
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
About you:

Strong IT skills (Excel & Microsoft Office essential; SAP desirable)
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A proactive team player with a flexible approach
This role would suit someone with first class communication skills who enjoys working in a busy office where no two days are the same.

Transport is required due to rural location .
