The 'Senior Project Manager's' role

The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects through all stages of delivery, ensuring programme, cost and quality objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing residential projects from feasibility through to completion.
Delivering projects across additional sectors including commercial, healthcare, education and mixed-use developments.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
Leading multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
Managing project programmes, budgets and risk registers.
Chairing project meetings and preparing progress reports.
Identifying and mitigating project risks.
Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
Mentoring junior members of the project management team.

The 'Senior Project Manager'

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have a strong consultancy background and proven residential project delivery experience.

Requirements:

Experience working as a Senior Project Manager within a construction consultancy.
Strong residential sector experience.
Experience delivering projects through the full project lifecycle.
Exposure to additional sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education or mixed-use developments would be advantageous.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline.
Chartered status or working towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB.
Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
