Business Analyst - Temp to Perm
📍 Canterbury (Hybrid Working)
🕘 Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
The Opportunity
We are working with a forward-thinking healthcare provider based in Canterbury who are looking to appoint a mid-level Business Analyst to support a growing portfolio of digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation committed to improving patient outcomes through innovation, data-driven decision making, and modernised systems.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and optimisation
Support the delivery of digital transformation projects (e.g. system upgrades, new platform implementations)
Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, process maps, user stories, and functional specs
Facilitate workshops and act as the liaison between business units and technical teams
Contribute to testing (UAT) and implementation phases
Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards
About You
2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
Proven track record in process improvement and digital transformation projects
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience working in healthcare, medical, or another regulated environment (highly desirable)
Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar
Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
