Location: HU7 Area, Hull
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday - Day Shifts
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in the HU7 area of Hull. This role offers consistent day shifts and the opportunity to work within a supportive and busy production environment.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key part in the assembly of technical components, ensuring products are manufactured to a high standard of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Assembling technical components in line with specifications and instructions
Following detailed assembly drawings and work instructions
Using hand tools and basic machinery safely and effectively
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Inspecting materials and finished components for defects
Packing finished goods ready for dispatch
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Working to production targets and deadlines
Supporting team members and production processes where required
About You
Previous experience in a production or assembly role is desirable
Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Comfortable using hand tools and following technical instructions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
