Setting Out Engineer - Bangor

Approach Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer to support a live construction project on a care centre development in Bangor, North Wales.
The successful candidate will initially be required for one day to set out the positions for a king post wall installation, with work ideally commencing on 17th June 2026. Following this, there will be a requirement for approximately 10 additional days of attendance to support the ongoing installation works.
Responsibilities
* Setting out king post wall positions in accordance with project drawings and specifications
* Ensuring all setting out is accurate and completed to the required tolerances
* Liaising with the site team to ensure works are delivered efficiently
* Providing technical support and resolving any setting out issues on site
* Maintaining accurate records of setting out activities
Requirements
* Proven experience working as a Setting Out Engineer on construction or civil engineering projects
* Proficient in the use of surveying and setting out equipment
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Valid CSCS card (desirable)
* Own equipment preferred (please advise availability)
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
