SEN Intervention & Behaviour Support Assistant (Camden)
Are you experienced supporting young people with SEMH and behavioural needs?
We are recruiting a dedicated SEN Intervention & Behaviour Support Assistant to work across Camden schools delivering targeted interventions designed to improve attainment, engagement and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver literacy, numeracy and social skills interventions.
Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and SENCOs.
Implement positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies.
Build strong relationships to improve engagement and confidence.
Support classroom learning and behaviour management.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience supporting SEN or SEMH pupils.
Background in education, youth work or care settings desirable.
Confident managing challenging behaviour.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.
Camden (or locally) basedHours: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Pay: £95 PAYE per day
Contract: 1 Year (with potential extension)
