Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Out of Hours Recruitment Resourcer to join a busy and growing recruitment team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants the flexibility of working outside traditional office hours.
You’ll play a key role in supporting recruitment activity, engaging with candidates, managing availability, and ensuring clients receive an excellent service when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for available roles
* Contacting candidates via telephone, email, and online platforms
* Screening candidates and assessing suitability for vacancies
* Managing candidate availability and coordinating bookings
* Updating recruitment systems and maintaining accurate records
* Responding to candidate queries and providing excellent customer service
* Supporting urgent recruitment requirements outside standard office hours
* Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive experience
* Working closely with consultants and clients to support recruitment activity
* Assisting with general recruitment administration and resourcing tasks
Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 4:30pm – 9:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
(Flexible working patterns may be discussed)
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing, customer service, administration, or a similar role would be advantageous
* Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
* Positive, proactive, and reliable approach to work
* Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in helping people succeed
