Due to continued demand, we are recruiting Science Teachers across all specialisms (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) for roles starting immediately and from September.
Your new role
As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach at Key Stage 5 depending on your experience and specialism. You will inspire students to develop a genuine interest in Science while supporting their academic progress and achievement.Your responsibilities may include:
Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Teaching Biology, Chemistry, or Physics across KS3-KS5 (depending on experience)
Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on student progress
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Contributing to departmental planning and wider school initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A passion for inspiring young people and raising attainment
