Revive Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a nursery in the RM20 area for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified practitioner looking for a stable, full-time role within a supportive environment where you can build experience and develop your skills.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day care and education of children, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. You’ll work as part of a team to deliver activities in line with the EYFS and support children’s development through play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
* Support children’s development in line with the EYFS
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
* Work collaboratively as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
* Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
* Good understanding of the EYFS
* A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
