Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
Monitor, assess, and respond to residents' changing clinical needs.
Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
Support and mentor care staff, promoting best practice across the home.
Liaise with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical governance requirements.About YouTo be considered for this position, you will have:
Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse within a care home, nursing home, or similar healthcare setting.
Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
