Pertemps are currently recruiting experienced HGV 2 Drivers to work on behalf of a world-leading distribution company based in Basingstoke.
We are seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking drivers who can follow a structured delivery schedule and delivering great customer service at each location.

Overview of the role :

- Temp to perm role
-Two-weekly shift pattern with varied start times depending on shift pattern
-Shift pattern does include weekend
- Overtime after 8 hours and weekend hourly rate of £24.24 an hour
-Deliver stock to retail stores in a timely and safe manner
-Operate tail lifts and pallet trucks when required
-Accurately complete all delivery documentation
-Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects
-Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
-Comply with all driving regulations, including tachograph and working time rules
Shift Patterns :

Week 1 - Sunday to Friday - Start times between – 16:00pm – 19:00pm / Week 2 - Monday to Friday Start times between – 16:00pm – 19:00pm

Requirements for this Role:
- Full UK relevant driving licence (No more than 6 points)
- HGV 2 Licence with 6 months experience of driving
- CPC card and Digital Tacho Card
