Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
Organise and maintain accurate filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
Support the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.
Track and manage office supplies, ensuring availability at all times.

A successful Interim Administrator (PA) should have:
