Our market-leading clients are now looking to recruit a Mechanical Fitter on a permanent basis.

The Job you’ll do

* Repair & Install: Refurbish, assemble, and install heat exchangers according to engineering drawings and specifications.

* Inspect & Test: Conduct technical assessments, create sketches for quotations, and perform pressure testing to ensure industry compliance.

* Troubleshoot: Identify mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or component replacements.

* Safety & Quality: Adhere strictly to HSE protocols, maintain accurate service records, and ensure equipment is kept in top condition.

* Collaborate: Work with engineers and project managers to execute projects efficiently and contribute to process improvements.

About You

* Enthusiastic, conscientious, results orientated, self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.

* Developing strong working relationships with the team and customers

* Good communicator to all levels in and outside of the business

* Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding environment.

* Good planning and organisational skills

* Willingness to learn and apply the Unipart Way principles and tools, including OCCs.
