The key requirements for the Marketing and Design Officer - FTC role will include:

Design high-quality visual content for both digital and print channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across all materials.
Manage and update the organisation's website and social media platforms.
Ad hoc support of key events in the marketing team's calendar.
Analyse marketing performance and provide insights to optimise future strategies.
Ensure all marketing materials comply with relevant public sector standards and regulations.
Support the organisation in organising and promoting events.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and apply them to marketing initiatives.Profile

* 2+ years experience in a marketing or design focused role.
* Available to start a role at short notice.
* An understanding of the financial services sector is beneficial, but not essential.
* Comfortable in a mixed marketing role, including both creative work + hands on campaign support.

* Experience utilising email marketing software such as Mailchimp is highly desirable.
