EX Recruiter - Recruitment Business Partner

Step into a role where recruitment meets strategy, influence and impact. We're looking for a dynamic Recruitment Business Partner to own and transform talent delivery for a key client. This is your opportunity to partner with senior leaders, shape hiring decisions, and deliver exceptional talent solutions across complex and technical markets.

This is a part-time opportunity (0.8 FTE), which can be worked across either 4 or 5 days per week, with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 2 days per week in Durrington West Sussex

💼 What You'll Do
Partner with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, influencing hiring and workforce strategy
Own end-to-end recruitment across permanent and contingent hiring
Build and deliver innovative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles
Drive supplier performance while positioning yourself as the go-to talent partner
Use data, market insight and MI reporting to shape decisions and demonstrate impact
Continuously improve processes to deliver a seamless, high-quality hiring experience

Proven success in recruitment ideally within complex or technical environments (IT, Engineering, Utilities desirable)
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
Strong direct sourcing experience
