Powder Coater

Red Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Dudley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with previous powder coating experience to join a busy production team, with long-term opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing metal components for powder coating
* Applying powder coatings to a high-quality finish
* Operating powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
* Hanging and removing products from the production line
* Carrying out quality inspections on finished products
* Ensuring products meet customer specifications
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures
* Supporting general production duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in powder coating or a similar finishing role
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
* Good communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
* £13.00 per hour
* Overtime paid at £17.34 per hour after 41 hours worked
* 46-hour working week
* Weekly pay
