Thera Trust has an exciting opportunity available for a HR Advisor to join our team in Grantham with Hybrid working. You will join us on a part time, 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,885.62 per annum.

What you will be doing as our HR Advisor:
Provide trusted, practical HR advice to managers and employees
Manage and support a variety of ER cases
Support restructures, TUPE and organisational change
Coach managers to build confidence and capability
Promote inclusive practices, safeguarding and equality
Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners
What you will bring as our HR Advisor:
Experience handling ER cases in a busy HR environment
A solid understanding of employment law and equality practices
Strong communication, coaching and problem solving skills
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5)
A calm, positive and values driven approach
Experience within care or the charity sector is a bonus but not essential.
