Painter & Decorator - Maintenance Contract
Wyton, Cambridgeshire | 40 hours per week | £32,156.80 + Van & Fuel
I'm working with a national property services contractor that's expanding on a long-term maintenance contract and needs a reliable Painter & Decorator to join the team.
Why this role is moving fast:
Ongoing secured work means they need someone who can start quickly and deliver consistent quality across multiple sites.
The role:
You'll be carrying out high-quality painting and decorating works across a range of properties, ensuring a professional finish in line with programme deadlines.
Day to day:
Internal & external painting works
Surface preparation (sanding, filling, priming)
Applying paints, coatings, stains and varnishes
Occasional wallcoverings (desirable)
Working across occupied and void properties
Managing materials and maintaining site standardsWhat they're looking for:
Proven Painter & Decorator experience
Strong prep and finishing ability (not just basic painting)
Good knowledge of materials and techniques
Comfortable working in occupied environments
Reliable, detail-focused and able to work independently
Full UK driving licenceWhat's on offer:
£32,156.80 salary
40-hour working week
