Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality components. This role requires a keen eye for detail , and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

* CNC Machine Operator / Production Operative

* Operating CNC machinery to manufacture plastic components

* Loading materials into the machine and monitoring production runs

* Checking finished parts for basic quality and consistency

* Carrying out machine minding duties to keep production running smoothly

* Removing completed parts and preparing materials for the next cycle

* Reporting any faults or issues to supervisors

* Maintaining a clean and safe working area

* Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Experience

* Technical skills – Ability to operate and maintain machines .

* Attention to detail – Precision is crucial .

* Mechanical aptitude – Understanding machine functions and basic troubleshooting.

* Physical fitness – Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and work in dusty environments.

* Safety awareness – Knowledge and practice of health and safety regulations.

Hours of work:

Late shift 10am - 6pm Mon - Thurs & Fri 8.30am - 14.00pm
