An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Regional Support Manager to support a small portfolio of nursing homes, predominantly based around the Glasgow area.
In this role you will provide hands-on operational support to Home Managers, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and strong commercial performance, while embedding the organisation’s values and vision across services. Peripatetic management of homes in the absence of Managers to cover annual leave/sickness/vacancies will also be required.
Key Responsibilities
·Provide peripatetic operational leadership and management cover across five nursing homes
·Support Home Managers with clinical, commercial, and people management priorities
·Ensure services meet regulatory, governance, and quality standards, including audits and action plans
·Drive performance through KPI monitoring, quality improvement, and feedback mechanisms
·Support budget delivery, leadership development, and team performance across the region
·Promote best clinical practice, values-led leadership, and positive stakeholder relationships
The Ideal Candidate
·Qualified Nurse with current NMC PIN
·Willing and flexible to travel across a portfolio of care homes in Scotland
·Experience in multi-site or senior operational care roles
·Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and governance
·Confident, values-driven leader with strong communication skills

·£75,000 per annum + bonus and travel
