Electrical Working Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Working Supervisor to lead electrical installation works on a commercial project. This is a hands-on supervisory position for someone who can coordinate site activity, maintain quality standards, and keep works progressing safely and efficiently.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities on site

* Lead and coordinate electricians and subcontractors

* Carry out electrical work while overseeing productivity and quality

* Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements

* Maintain compliance with health & safety procedures and site rules

* Conduct inspections and support testing and commissioning activities

* Manage materials, labour allocation, and progress reporting

* Liaise with project managers, site management, and other trades

* Complete permits, RAMS reviews, and site documentation where required

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

* Gold ECS

* SSSTS

* Proven experience as an Electrical Working Supervisor on commercial projects

* Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / equivalent)

* Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations

* Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate site works

* Excellent communication and team leadership skills
